  2. Our support team will review the case within 5–7 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Project cancellations made before the start of work are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after work has begun may incur charges based on the work already completed.

  • Retainer or monthly service agreements require at least 7 days’ notice before cancellation.
